The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Crawley Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

• Definitions

  • Crawley Airport Express, “we,” or “us” refers to the service-providing company.
  • The terms “you” and “your” pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1. Allocate sufficient time for the journey to ensure timely arrival, particularly for airport transfers with specified check-in times.

2.2. Order a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. A child is considered a single passenger, regardless of age.

• 2.3. Request wheelchair access during booking if required.

Prices & Payment

3.1. Our quotation, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, is based on information provided by you. Material changes to the itinerary may result in a revised quote.

3.2. A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in the quote. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges.

3.3. Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Crawley Airport Express of discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

• 3.4. Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1. Passengers are responsible for behavior. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact.

4.2. Prohibited activities include eating, drinking, or smoking in the car.

4.3. Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

• 4.4. Compliance with licensing or insurance passenger limits is mandatory.

Cancellations

5.1. Notify us promptly of cancellations to avoid charges. Charges for dispatched vehicles are based on time and distance covered.

• 5.2. Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

6.1. Crawley Airport Express is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No liability for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2. Luggage carried at your own risk.

6.3. In case of a breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged.

6.4. You indemnify Crawley Airport Express for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

• 6.5. No exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination

• 7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1. Crawley Airport Express may subcontract obligations. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.

8.2. Terms and conditions may be altered by Crawley Airport Express. Regularly review changes. Existing bookings follow rates in effect at booking.

8.3. Information handling follows the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4. This agreement constitutes the full understanding between Crawley Airport Express and yourself.

• 8.5. No third party has rights unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

• Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this period will not be entertained by Crawley Airport Express.
